  • Experience supporting large, complex capital projects (excluding solar, fiber, EV, telecom, retail, or residential builds)
  • Background working with major general contractors (GCs) or utilities organizations
  • Hands-on experience with contract management, including procurement processes, change orders, RFIs, and purchase orders
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive, collaborative approach across cross-functional teams

  • Utilities, civil engineering, or large-scale infrastructure background
  • Accounting or finance foundation
  • Familiarity with:
    • Land acquisition (zoning, permitting)
    • Utility coordination and interconnection processes
    • Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs)
  • Experience with tools such as Quickbase, Skyvine, Accord, or similar platforms
  • Relevant certifications such as:

    • Oracle Primavera P6
    • PMI-SP, PMP
    • CPA or advanced Excel / Power BI certifications
    • OSHA certifications

What You'll Do
  • Develop, manage, and maintain integrated project schedules aligned with infrastructure buildouts and land acquisition milestones
  • Monitor schedule performance using EVM, variance analysis, and forecasting methodologies
  • Track project costs, manage budgets, and ensure alignment between financial performance and schedule progress
  • Partner with real estate, utilities, engineering, and construction teams to ensure cross-functional schedule alignment
  • Identify risks, manage change control processes, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain delivery timelines
  • Oversee contract administration and commercial compliance, including change orders and vendor agreements
  • Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to project milestones
  • Produce clear, data-driven reporting on schedule, cost, risks, and overall project health
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with internal financial and project controls standards
  • Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation across all project lifecycle phases

The Impact You'll Make
  • Establish structure and clarity across complex project controls environments
  • Improve schedule reliability and forecast accuracy across critical infrastructure initiatives
  • Drive data integrity and financial transparency for executive decision-making
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, preventing costly delays and overruns
  • Enable cross-functional alignment across real estate, utilities, engineering, and construction teams
  • Serve as a key contributor to the successful delivery of high-impact, large-scale capital projects
