Product Manager

PRODUCT MANAGER – Greenwood Village, CO

The Select Group is hiring a Product Manager to focus on supporting various internet reliability/mobile backhaul projects ranging from new product development to lifecycle management of already deployed products. This consultant will contribute to the development of connectivity solutions leveraging WiFi and cellular backhaul to enhance customer uptime and assist in shaping next-generation offerings, including 5G-enabled accessory solutions.
 
What You’ll Bring: 

• 5-7 Years’ experience in Product Management
• Experience launching customer facing products
  • Strong understanding of how product decisions impact both internal and external users (e.g., customers, support agents, technicians) throughout the full development lifecycle
• Experience working within complex technologies; telecom, WiFi, Mobile, Networking, or hardware.
• Strong Story Telling experience with PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in cross-functional environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Market Research: Conducts research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive products.

• Feature Evaluation: Assesses the effectiveness of current product features and recommends new features or enhancements.
• Requirements Gathering: Elicits and documents business requirements from stakeholders to inform project scope and objectives.
• Stakeholder Communication: Acts as a liaison between business and other stakeholders to ensure alignment, includes the ability to compile executive facing materials (eg PowerPoint)
• Collaboration with Cross Functional Teams: Works closely with Engineering, IT, among others to ensure that the product meets user needs and business goals.
• User Story Development: Leading use case development to outline the customer experience based on associated product requirements and business rules
• Define Go-To-Market: Partner with Mobile product and Marketing Offer Mgmt on the go to market approach
