EPIC RESEARCH ANALYST | REMOTE (EST)
The Select Group is seeking an experienced Epic Research Analyst to join one of our leading healthcare partners. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Epic Research functionality to support ongoing system maintenance, Epic upgrade preparation, and build activities that enable and optimize research workflows. You will collaborate with research and IT teams to enhance efficiency, ensure data integrity, and maintain compliance across research-related operations.
EPIC RESEARCH ANALYST REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 5+ years of Epic build experience, with demonstrated expertise in Epic Research functionality.
- Proven experience supporting Epic upgrades and ongoing system maintenance.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Epic modules related to research, such as Beacon, ClinDoc, or Orders.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance in clinical research environments.
- Working knowledge of Epic Workbench Reporting or Slicer Dicer for research data analysis.
- Epic Research certification or demonstrated proficiency strongly preferred.
EPIC RESEARCH ANALYST RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support and maintain Epic Research functionality, ensuring stability and optimal performance of research workflows.
- Execute system build and configuration requests to support new and existing research studies.
- Participate in Epic upgrade readiness and implementation activities, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption.
- Collaborate with clinical research teams, IT analysts, and compliance stakeholders to align system capabilities with institutional and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation to support ongoing system governance and knowledge sharing.
- Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency, workflow design, and data quality across the research ecosystem.
- Prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
