SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER - CANADA

The Select Group is seeking a remote Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of high-priority, cross-functional initiatives within a Canadian telecommunications consumer sales organization. This delivery-focused role operates under a Program Manager and is responsible for translating strategy into execution across business, data, engineering, and operations teams.

This position will drive the rollout of a Sales Performance & Coaching platform ecosystem, including platform implementation, coaching workflow enablement, call center QA internalization, and call transcript consolidation to support AI-driven insights and performance analytics. This is a leadership role requiring strong delivery oversight and technical fluency, with no hands-on development.
 

What You’ll Bring

  • 8+ years of Senior Project Manager experience in large enterprise environments

  • Proven ownership of complex, multi-workstream delivery initiatives

  • Strong cross-functional leadership across business and technical teams

  • Experience managing Agile and hybrid delivery models

  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills

  • Experience with operational change management and adoption planning

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments

  • Technical fluency with data platforms, integrations, and system delivery (no coding required)

Bonus Experience

  • Experience with sales performance management or coaching platforms

  • Exposure to contact center, QA, call recording, or transcript technologies

  • Experience supporting AI-driven insights or analytics initiatives

  • Telecommunications or other regulated enterprise experience

What You’ll Do

  • Lead day-to-day execution across multiple concurrent initiatives

  • Develop and manage project plans, milestones, and delivery schedules

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, product, data, engineering, QA, and operations

  • Manage risks, issues, dependencies, scope, and funding alignment

  • Provide executive-level status reporting and stakeholder communication

  • Support Agile teams while managing hybrid Agile/Waterfall dependencies

  • Ensure operational readiness, adoption, and continuous improvement

  • Prepare documentation to support governance and approvals
