Senior Agile Scrum Master
We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager/Scrum Master to support enterprise-scale initiatives for a leading telecom client, working onsite 5 days a week in Littleton, CO.
This role will lead the implementation of Agile practices across software, cloud engineering, and automation teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will also play a key role in developing a unified KPI and data framework, bringing together performance metrics from multiple teams to deliver clear, actionable insights that drive delivery excellence and operational efficiency.
Must-Have Skills

5+ years managing Agile projects (ex, software development, cloud engineering, or automation/observability or other)

Proven track record in data analysis and KPI framework development to measure delivery and operational performance.

Strong collaboration and facilitation skills for cross-functional team alignment and problem-solving.

Skilled in requirements documentation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder communication.

Experience managing multiple vendors across large-scale or nationwide technology deployments.

Proficiency in Agile collaboration tools: Jira, Confluence, or Miro.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for business audiences.

- In-depth knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SAFe, Waterfall)
- Cloud Platforms – AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3)

- Experience with telecom networks, platforms, and deployment operations.
Education & Certifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or Project Management (or equivalent technical discipline).

CSM, CSPO, PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe certification preferred.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of Agile frameworks, guiding teams through ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement and alignment.

Serve as an Agile leader guiding multiple teams (software development, cloud engineering, automation, and SysOps) through iterative planning, execution, and delivery.

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across engineering, data, and business teams to align priorities, dependencies, and delivery milestones.

Lead the development of a data-driven KPI framework, unifying metrics from multiple sources into a cohesive view for performance tracking and strategic insights.

Partner with technical teams to ensure data quality, transparency, and traceability in KPI reporting and project dashboards.

Drive Agile maturity and best practices across teams by coaching on Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe principles.

Build and maintain project roadmaps, negotiate timelines, and ensure goals are realistic, measurable, and aligned to capacity.

Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating requirements into actionable delivery plans.

Identify and address knowledge gaps or skill constraints, coordinating training and knowledge transfer where needed.

Implement continuous improvement practices using Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen techniques to enhance quality and delivery efficiency.

Monitor and analyze project and team performance data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities.

Manage and align multiple vendors across national deployments, ensuring consistent delivery standards and communication.

Maintain comprehensive project documentation including requirements, risks, issues, decisions, and post-mortems.

Proactively escalate and resolve cross-team issues, ensuring smooth coordination and timely completion of deliverables.
