Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)

Position Summary:
We’re looking for a personable, polished Office Administrator to serve as the face of the Omaha office. This role is perfect for someone with front desk or administrative experience who enjoys creating a welcoming environment and keeping things organized behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests, coworkers, and vendors upon arrival
- Manage visitor access, check-in kiosk, and ensure all guests are properly escorted
- Answer and direct front desk phone calls professionally
- Support conference room scheduling and setup
- Keep front desk and lobby area clean and organized
- Assist with general office coordination and support
- 2–3 years of experience in admin support, receptionist, or front desk roles
- Professional appearance and demeanor; business casual dress required
- Strong verbal communication and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with CCTV or access control systems
- Previous experience in a corporate or tech environment
