Overview
We’re seeking a Business Administrator / Project Coordinator to support a busy global sales operations team. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and proactive who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play a key role in managing intake requests, supporting team operations, building reports and dashboards, and driving process improvements to keep the business running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming requests and provide Tier 1 inbox support for the sales field team
  • Provide guidance on agreements, licensing, and incentive requests using available resources
  • Maintain request trackers and publish team-wide content updates
  • Create and maintain process documentation, weekly status updates, and reports
  • Develop dashboards and reports in Excel and Power BI to deliver business insights
  • Support projects, ad hoc trainings, and team presentations as needed
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and support implementation (including enhancements to intake tools such as PowerApps and trackers)

Qualifications

  • 1–3+ years managing and prioritizing incoming requests with clear communication and tracking
  • Strong Excel skills (large data sets, reporting, analysis)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including documentation and PowerPoint presentations
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Adaptable, flexible, and comfortable with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools preferred
  • Process improvement mindset — eager to streamline and optimize workflows
