Job Title: Project Execution Coordinator (PEC)
Location: 100% Remote (U.S.-based)

Duration: 2–3+ years contract
Travel: Minimal (1–2 trips per quarter within the U.S.)

We’re seeking a Project Execution Coordinator (PEC) to support large-scale data center and infrastructure projects. This role provides project management and administrative support across acquisitions, utilities, and civil infrastructure initiatives. The PEC will work closely with program managers, negotiators, and design teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide project coordination for a portfolio of data center and infrastructure projects.

• Support processes around acquisitions, due diligence, utilities agreements, and contracts.

• Track schedules, budgets, and project milestones; generate reports and presentations.

• Manage procurement workflows, including RFIs, change orders, and purchase orders.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, contractors, and external vendors.

Qualifications

Required:

• 5–10+ years of project coordination or project management in commercial construction or real estate (not residential).

• Experience with schedule, cost, and contract management.

• Strong background in procurement and project documentation.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred:

• PMP or similar certification.

• Experience in utilities, civil infrastructure, or mission-critical projects (e.g., data centers, hospitals, airports).
