Project Manager (Greenwood Village, CO)
 
The ideal candidate will be a thorough and articulate communicator, capable of presenting to executives with clarity and confidence. This role requires excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and align large cross-functional groups. The Project Manager will be skilled in delegation, coordination, and meeting facilitation to keep projects moving forward, and must be comfortable escalating issues and risks to leadership in a timely and professional manner.
 
 
Project Manager Skills

  • 5–10 years of enterprise-level Program or Project Management experience
  • Proven track record of end-to-end program delivery (from conception to release) within large, complex organizations
  • Executive presentation skills, including status reporting to VP, GVP, and SVP levels
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to facilitate meetings, assign and track action items, and coordinate across multiple groups
  • Skilled at delegation, ensuring accountability across teams while maintaining visibility into project progress
  • Calm, thoughtful, and adaptable under pressure in fast-paced environments
 
 
Project Manager Responsibilities
 
  • Coordinate with other program and project managers
  • Facilitate meetings, provide updates, capture action items, and drive accountability across teams
  • Manage schedules, track progress, escalate issues, and communicate risks effectively
  • Provide polished and concise weekly status reports and executive updates
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholder groups per project
  • Align project delivery with broader business strategies and organizational goals
  • Orchestrate cross-project dependencies and ensure governance controls are followed
  • Define and report on program roadmap, key milestones, success metrics, and issues
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies, escalating when necessary
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve cost, performance, and delivery timelines
  • Ensure stakeholder engagement and satisfaction across all levels of the organization
