ORDER MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for ensuring seamless order processing and exceptional customer support? We’re seeking an Order Management Specialist to join the operations team of a leading organization in the data center technology industry. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel in cross-functional collaboration, and enjoy handling a high volume of orders, we’d love to hear from you!

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Manage order requests for North and South America, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process.
  • Review purchase orders (POs) to verify completeness and alignment with quotes, terms, and conditions.
  • Enter and maintain order information within a Cloud ERP system (NetSuite preferred).
  • Utilize a ticketing system (such as Fresh Service) to process customer requests and provide timely updates.
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales and finance teams to resolve order-related issues and discrepancies.
  • Communicate with customers to obtain additional information, such as carrier details, and provide order status updates.
  • Process approximately 40-60 orders per week with a high degree of accuracy.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS:
  • 3+ years of experience in order management, including manual PO processing.
  • Familiarity with Cloud ERP systems (NetSuite preferred but not required).
  • Experience working through ticketing systems like Fresh Service.
  • Strong understanding of accounts receivable (AR) processes and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when verifying order information and product accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers, sales, and finance teams.

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:
  • Previous experience in order management for hardware or software companies.
