DATA DEVELOPER (CPE)
We are looking for a Data Developer to join our Telecommunications client onsite in Greenwood Village, CO for a long-term rolling contract.
This role supports a major telecommunications client’s data analytics efforts tied to customer experience, Wi-Fi performance, and new technology rollouts. The Data Developer will focus on reporting and analytics across several initiatives, including ad hoc reporting, data visualizations, and insights that help ensure reliable in-home internet service. The position is highly collaborative with Wi-Fi engineering, firmware, and product teams.
Must-Have Skills

Strong SQL querying (60–70% of role initially)

Business Intelligence and/or Data Analysis experience

Data visualization (Tableau preferred; or similar)

Strong data communication and storytelling ability
- Ability to interpret, present, and explain complex data insights to stakeholders

Big data experience (high-volume datasets)

AWS or other cloud services experience (data lakes in AWS)

Telecom industry experience

Business-focused analytical mindset
- Curiosity and willingness to learn domain-specific knowledge (e.g., networking, internet tech)
Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Perform ad hoc analysis and create custom visualizations and dashboards

Build and maintain complex SQL queries and data marts

Design and maintain Tableau dashboards for leadership and product teams

Analyze Wi-Fi hardware and firmware performance (e.g., WiFi 7 routers, Thread Matter IoT)

Support model automation and integration for customer-impacting metrics

Collaborate with ETL and engineering teams to enhance reporting capabilities

Communicate findings and insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Track and analyze firmware and cloud release performance data

Handle recurring and one-off data requests from various internal teams
