Job Title: Program Manager – Strategic Implementation (100% Remote)
Position Overview:
The Program Manager will be responsible for leading the execution of high-impact, strategic programs that span multiple projects within our healthcare client and client environments. This individual will serve as the central point of coordination between this Project Management and Implementation teams and the client’s executive leadership, ensuring alignment, accountability, and delivery across all project components.
A key aspect of this role is acting as a liaison and mediator between client-side leadership and the client's internal teams to guarantee that all deliverables are executed in lockstep with the broader implementation plan. The Program Manager will help ensure client responsibilities are met on time and in sync with execution standards.
This role will oversee projects involving client's suite of products, including but not limited to: EHR, Practice Management, FollowMyHealth, Payerpath, and other affiliated third-party solutions. The Program Manager will interact closely with client stakeholders, physicians, practice leaders, end users, and subject matter experts to drive successful program outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client and internal leadership teams.
- Act as the bridge between project/implementation teams and the client’s executive leadership, ensuring accountability on both sides.
- Manage cross-functional coordination to ensure all project tracks move forward in alignment.
- Escalate and resolve in-flight issues impacting project progress.
- Lead and co-chair key governance meetings including:
- Weekly Executive Sponsorship Meetings
- Weekly Cadence with Client Program Manager
- Internal Project Management Standups
- Internal Weekly Leadership Briefings
- Proven experience in program management or large-scale project leadership, preferably in a healthcare technology environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience interacting with executive-level clients.
- Deep understanding of project planning, risk mitigation, change control, and governance practices.
- Ability to synthesize complex programs into clear milestones and drive execution across multiple workstreams.
- Experience working with healthcare IT is highly preferred.
