The Select Group is hiring an IT Infrastructure Project Manager to join the team at one of our clients, a national provider of veterinary healthcare services, who is initiating a comprehensive IT infrastructure refresh across its facilities. This role will support the completion of four pilot sites in preparation for a full-scale national rollout. We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of IT infrastructure projects across multiple healthcare locations. The ideal candidate has deep experience in infrastructure modernization, excels at requirement gathering, and thrives in cross-functional stakeholder environments.

• Lead planning and execution of IT infrastructure upgrades for 4 pilot sites
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to define and track requirements
• Develop and maintain project documentation including scope, schedules, resource plans, and status reports
• Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies
• Coordinate go-live support and ensure seamless deployment
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, including HIPAA and data security protocols
• Provide regular updates to leadership and project sponsors

• 5–7+ years of dedicated project management experience
• Proven experience managing large-scale IT infrastructure projects (e.g., network, hardware, server upgrades)
• Strong skills in requirement gathering and documentation
• Demonstrated success in stakeholder engagement and communication
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field

• Prior experience in the healthcare or veterinary sector
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials

• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Travel required for go-live support at pilot sites (limited)
