Please note that this position is part of the Demand Planning team and collaborates cross-functionally with—but is separate from—the Supply team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, generate insights, and perform ad hoc analyses

  • Monitor business events or occurrences that influence demand and communicate timelines and impact

  • Merge and interpret data from multiple sources to drive accurate forecasting

  • Collaborate closely with supply counterparts to ensure coordination and alignment on planning

  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in demand planning processes and tool usage

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in analyzing large data sets and conducting ad hoc analysis

  • Knowledge of reverse supply chain practices

  • Experience in service forecasting (not sales forecasting), preferably in a high-tech environment

  • Proficiency with forecasting tools such as o9, JD Edwards, Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms

  • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs

  • Experience working with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)

  • Familiarity with querying and extracting data from databases such as Snowflake or Oracle

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3–5 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 1–2 years of experience

  • Industrial engineering background is a plus

Preferred Background:

  • Experience working with service-focused or high-tech manufacturers that manage repair and warranty operations
