Operations Program Manager
Location: Remote (Bay Area preferred)
Duration: 6–12 month contract with potential to convert to full-time
We are seeking a Operations Program Manager to join a growing Customer Support Operations team. This role serves as a strategic partner between enterprise clients and internal teams (sales, engineering, manufacturing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth order management, operational readiness, and infrastructure scalability. The ideal candidate thrives on building processes, solving challenges, and driving cross-functional programs that support cloud and manufacturing operations.
What You’ll Do

Lead and manage operations programs focused on forecast planning, growth readiness, performance monitoring, and process optimization.

Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent projects across the operations portfolio.

Gather requirements from internal stakeholders, align on priorities, and ensure seamless execution of cloud-related initiatives.

Generate and maintain reports/models from ERP data to guide demand planning and business decisions.

Track program performance and KPIs, and deliver executive-level dashboards on operational health.

Identify and drive continuous improvements in operational processes, tooling, and workflows.

Meet with enterprise customers to support operations and ensure alignment with business needs.

Participate in daily scrum meetings and contribute to an agile, collaborative environment.
Must Have Qualifications

5+ years of experience in program or project management with a focus on cloud data.

Background in enterprise technology environments and working directly with enterprise clients.

Strong experience creating/managing reports and business models using NetSuite (or similar ERP).

Data analytics experience leveraging ERP data.

Advanced Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP, conditional logic, pivot tables, etc.).

Experience working cross-functionally with order management, operations, engineering, IT, manufacturing, and finance.

Familiarity with command ingesting, forecasting, and demand planning processes.

Understanding of technology product manufacturing processes.

Proficiency with NetSuite, Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and Salesforce.

Experience tracking projects using Smartsheet and Jira.

Working knowledge of agile/scrum methodologies.

Strong business acumen and understanding of end-to-end processes from sales to fulfillment.

Adaptable, problem-solving mindset with a bias for action.
Nice to Have

Manufacturing engineering background.

Experience using Confluence and additional project management tools.
Education / Certifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

PMP certification is a plus.
