Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Onsite – Overland Park, KS
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM 


Position Summary:
A fast-paced, tech-driven organization is seeking a polished and reliable Office Administrator to oversee front desk operations and support day-to-day office functions. This role requires a professional presence, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience
  • Maintain a clean and organized lobby, front desk, and shared spaces
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and mail with a high level of responsiveness and discretion
  • Oversee incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries
  • Track and reorder office supplies to support team needs
  • Schedule and prepare conference rooms for meetings and internal events
  • Coordinate with facility vendors, maintenance personnel, and building security
  • Monitor building access and ensure adherence to visitor and safety protocols
  • Assist in emergency response efforts (e.g., fire drills, service outages) in alignment with business continuity plans
  • Maintain accurate logs of daily activity, incidents, and operational processes
  • Communicate professionally and confidentially with team members, external partners, and leadership

Required Qualifications:
  • 2–3 years of experience in administrative support or customer service
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused attitude
  • Business casual dress and professional demeanor required
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience supporting teams in a corporate or technology environment
  • Familiarity with vendor coordination, front desk management, or facilities support

This position is fully onsite in Overland Park, KS. Candidates must be comfortable working in person and maintaining a high standard of professionalism in a visible front-of-office role.
