Microsoft D365 CE Functional Consultant
Length: 3 months contract + extensions
Location: Remote (Canada - MST work hours)

Microsoft D365 CE Functional Consultant Requirements:

• Develop and document Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE functional, business, and/or system requirements specifications
• Develop and document screen, report and interface requirements
• Develop functional, business, and/or system interface or capability interaction
• Gather and analyze information to establish the functional needs of a system or project
• Design methods and procedures for computer systems, and sub-systems of larger systems
• Develop, test and implement small computer systems, and sub-systems of larger systems
• Document forms, manuals, programs, data files, and procedures
• Coach, mentor and train the organization to perform any of the above

• Provide Support: To stakeholders across workstreams needing assistance in understanding and testing the new functionality.
• Process Mapping: Analyze existing business processes and workflows to determine areas for improvement and ensure alignment with D365 and business goals.
• Data Analysis: Evaluate current data sets and new data requirements that will be required to facilitate data migration activities.
• Testing and Validation: Assist in the development of the Microsoft Business Process Catalogue to assist in the development of security roles, test cases and scenarios, ensuring that our solution meets business requirements from PI to PI.
• Training and Support: Assist the People Pillar to develop training materials and conduct training sessions to ensure user adoption and proficiency.
