ETL Developer / Data Engineer

Location: Greenwood Village, CO
Length: 12-24 month contract-to-hire
ETL Developer / Data Engineer 
The Select Group is seeking an ETL Developer to assist a Telecomm client build out ETL pipelines, scalable reporting and analytics solutions for engineering teams, platforms and products.

ETL Developer / Data Engineer Requirements:

• 4+ years of ETL experience
• Strong SQL Development experience
• Cloud experience (AWS Preferred, but also open to others like GCP, Azure, etc.)
• Python experience
• Strong communication and collaboration skills  

• Coordinating, building, and managing new data ingests
• Architecting updates, fixes, and optimizations across suite of production jobs
• Providing feedback on and enacting changes for improvements across the team including both technical and process updates
• Learn and assess new technologies for implementation through proof-of-concept projects and testing
• Partnering with data analysts and data scientists to design, build, and deploy aggregation processes
• Familiarizing with their processes on:
• Working with large data sets
• SQL querying and scripting
• ETL Development and their approach
• Developing the data in Python
• Monitor updates and projects within AWS
• Communicating data insights to stakeholders
