Project Manager (B2C)
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support our Consumer Solutions division by supporting high-impact digital and cloud transformation initiatives. This role operates in a fast-paced environment that bridges corporate teams, dealer networks, and technology stakeholders.
The ideal candidate combines the analytical mindset of a systems analyst with the executional experience of a project manager. They bring a product-centric approach and excel at translating complex technical systems into high-level insights for stakeholders and executives. This role is best suited for a delivery-oriented leader with a strong track record of navigating complex stakeholder landscapes and driving execution across the enterprise.
Project Manager Requirements
- 7+ years of project management experience, ideally within enterprise-scale B2C environments
- Demonstrated success delivering projects involving:
- Cloud-native platforms
- Channel enablement systems (e.g., dealer portals, customer onboarding)
- Process re-engineering and stakeholder alignment
- Strong understanding of Agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery models
- Proven experience engaging cross-functional stakeholders — technical, operational, and sales-facing teams
- Ability to translate business needs into actionable delivery milestones and clear reporting
- Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet
- Knowledge of GCP ( preferred)/AWS/ Azure , Cloud SQL, CI/CD (at the project oversight level)
- Familiarity with vendor engagement processes is a strong asset
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe certification preferred Project Manager Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for initiatives related to cloud migration, system integration, and digital customer enablement
- Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and governance across multiple concurrent workstreams
- Collaborate with corporate and dealer channel stakeholders to align business needs with technical outcomes
- Drive Agile delivery through sprint planning, retrospectives, and Jira-based tracking
- Prepare and present executive-level reporting on project status, KPIs, risks, and mitigations
- Coordinate with internal delivery teams and external vendors, ensuring clarity and accountability
