About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive, experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise software, application, and process improvement projects supporting supply chain and operations teams at a leading global tech company. This role focuses on system changes, forecasting tools, and logistics applications etc. You will drive complex projects from initiation through production deployment, working cross-functionally across business and technical teams. The ideal candidate has strong experience in supply/demand planning, forecasting, and ERP (SAP) implementations in global enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead medium to large systems and logistics-related software projects.
- Run core team, stakeholder, and steering committee meetings.
- Partner with cross-functional global teams, including engineering, operations, and 3rd party vendors.
- Balance project scope, schedule, and budget while aligning with business needs.
- Develop and maintain detailed roadmaps, project plans, and resource schedules.
- Manage project risks and issues through to resolution.
- Drive the creation of user stories, use cases, and functional requirements.
- Ensure robust testing and user sign-off before go-live.
- Provide leadership with regular updates, risks, and mitigation plans.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 8+ years of enterprise-level project management experience in a global tech environment.
- Strong background in supply chain, logistics, supply/demand planning, and forecasting projects.
- Proven success delivering software applications, internal tools, or ERP process changes.
- Experience with SAP (especially supply chain/logistics modules); implementation or migration projects required.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of Waterfall project methodology (Agile experience a plus).
- Able to work onsite in Sunnyvale, CA, Tuesday–Thursday.
- Must be able to work on a W2 basis without current or future sponsorship needs.

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field

- Perform data validation, querying, and aggregation using SQL and Excel across large enterprise datasets.

- Support process improvements in pricing validation workflows and implement new best practices across cross-functional teams.
- Manage ad-hoc data aggregation and reporting requests related to inventory, costing, and supply chain analytics.
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve quote discrepancies and assist with vendor negotiation support when necessary.
TOP SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Advanced SQL skills: ability to write and optimize queries for large datasets.
- Advanced Excel expertise: VLOOKUP, pivot tables, complex formulas, and large data handling.
- Strong data validation and analysis skills, ideally from a supply chain or manufacturing environment.
- Experience working across large enterprise data systems (preferably Snowflake).
- Ability to analyze and interpret cost structures and understand basic BOM (Bill of Materials) principles.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills for presenting data findings to leadership.

- Analyze the architectures of IT systems for compliance with DoD policies; develop and execute security test plans; and use security tools such as ACAS, SCAP, and execution of STIGs
- Assess the risk of IT systems documenting them in formal risk assessments and supporting artifacts associated with the A&A process
- Determine the security posture and CS authorization readiness of systems and architectures
- Support of engineering design teams by assessing network and system security design features and making recommendations concerning overall security accreditation readiness and compliance with CS guidance and best practices
- Prepare and execute detailed computer system analysis, including interim and final reports and presentation of analysis data
- Conduct Information Systems vulnerability assessment, risk mitigation, and Plan of Action and Milestone (POA&M) development and tracking, understanding and application of mitigation strategies.
