Lead Test Automation Engineer:
The Select Group is looking for a Lead Test Automation Engineer for one of their top telecommunication clients. This is going to be a long-term contract on a fully remote basis. We are looking for someone with telecommunications expertise to lead the test automation initiative for RAN and O-RAN. There are 500 test cases that will be automated mostly through Python.
Lead Test Automation Engineer Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree
- 7+ years of software development/test automation experience with 4 years in telecommunications
- Expert level python programming skills with experience building frameworks from scratch
- Hands on experience with 4G/5G
- Deep understanding of O-RAN
- Prior experience integrating with telecom test equipment (keysight, VIAVI preferred)
- Experience with Version control systems (GIT), CI/CD, testing frameworks
- Masters Degree in relevant field
- Telecommunications certifications or network technologies
- Experience with RAN Testing, validation and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud environments
- Familiarity with RAN network KPI's and performance metrics
- Experience with network protocol analyzers and traffic generators
- Background in API Testing and RESTful service automation
Lead Test Automation Engineer Responsibilities:
- Design and develop a robust Python automation framework for telecom testing that integrates with existing tools
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship to a team of 3-4
- Analyze complex telecom test scenarios and translate them into efficient automation solutions
- Prioritize test cases based on business value and complexity
- Work closely with internal Telecom SME's
- Develop automated test cases for neural function deployment, configuration and validation
- Establish coding standards, review code, and ensure quality of automation deliverables

This Project Manager will be assigned to the government, legal/regulatory, compliance, and data privacy initiatives, where the main goal is to keep other teams complaint based on state and federal regulations required to run business within these standards. PROJECT COMPLIANCE MANAGER REQUIRMEENTS:
- Must possesses a minimum of 4 years of professional experience with the sweet spot being closer to 5-7 years of Project Management experience
- Active PMP certification highly preferred but not absolutely required
- Previous project experience partnering with legal teams or regulatory compliance teams, preferably within the Telecommunications industry due to the niche regulations and standards in the industry
- Proficiency creating and presenting PowerPoint slide deck presentation to executive level leadership around project plans and progresses from start to finish
- Proficient stepping in a M365 environment for daily tools used - MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word, etc. without any training of refreshers needed
- Excellent communication skills both written and during video or face to face meetings. Must be able to convey thoughts and judgements about certain projects
- Strong interpersonal, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis, and problem-solving skills
PROJECT COMPLIANCE MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation primarily focused around regulatory and compliance needs with legal and compliance/standards teams
- Accountable for meeting agreed upon scope, cost, schedule and quality measures within a period of time that is predetermined
- Develop project plan and drive project milestones. Establish effective communication plan with project team and key stakeholders
- Provide day-to-day direction to team members and ensures effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Execution & Delivery Oversight
- Ensure SOW Compliance and adherence to all deliverables, milestones, and timelines.
- Ensure Service Delivery team members are well trained in the best practices around SOW execution and customer satisfaction while following TSG processes.
- Manage Service Delivery team utilization and capacity, understanding how to optimize performance to effectively manage multiple, concurrent SOWs.
- Facilitate handoffs from Solutions Development to Service Delivery and develop project execution framework to ensure client and project success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders and teams to optimize delivery processes, ensuring client and project success.
Client Success & Relationship Management
- Serve as the senior point of contact for escalations, key client relationships, and ensure that clients are consistently satisfied with our services.
- Partner with Sales Leadership to identify opportunities for growth through expansion and upsell efforts.
- Collaborate with Solutions Development on incoming pipeline opportunities to ensure contractual alignment with Service Delivery team capacity and ability.
- Support Service Delivery team in development of tools to facilitate tracking of success metrics and client reporting.
Team Development and Continuous Improvement
- Provide strategic leadership, support, and guidance to the Service Delivery team aligned with TSG and departmental goals.
- Mentor and develop the Service Delivery Team, ensuring they are equipped to manage multiple projects, navigate client relationships, and ensure successful delivery of services as outlined in the SOW.
- Monitor and analyze performance of Service Delivery team, at both an individual and group level against SOW adherence, problem solving, and ability to adapt to project variables.
- Optimize the Service Delivery team utilization, partnering with the Director of Service Delivery to ensure levels are aligned to support existing and incoming services successfully.
- Develop and refine project execution plans to increase efficiency, reduce risk, and improve overall client satisfaction.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the company, providing feedback to the Sales, Solutions and Support teams to drive continuous improvement and support the company strategy.
Key Qualifications:
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Project Management, or similar client-facing roles within a technology consulting or professional services environment.
- 2-4 years in a people leadership or management capacity, preferably with direct reports.
- Deep understanding of Statements of Work (SOW) based service delivery and contractual project execution
- Understanding of contractual frameworks, including the nuances of scope, change orders, SLAs, and KPIs
- Proven ability to lead a cross-functional team authentically to drive accountability
- Proficiency in analytical and adaptive thinking, with the ability to foster innovation and creativity while driving effective solutions, both internally and externally.
- Strong client relationship building skills, with a track record of working with enterprise level clients and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
- The ability to identify and anticipate challenges early to proactively develop solutions that drive continuous improvements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Knowledge and understanding of Project Management and CRM tools (e.g., Bullhorn, Salesforce, Jira, Trello, Monday.com etc.)
- Project Management (PMP) or Customer Success Certification (CSM) is a plus.
