Engagement Manager– Service Delivery– Remote
The Select Group is currently seeking an Engagement Manager to join the Service Delivery team to support our active enterprise clients. The Service Delivery team functions as a hybrid of customer success and project execution. The Engagement Manager role is responsible on successful project execution, including monitoring scope, schedule, deliverables, budget, and overall client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience developing client relationships, project support and oversight across a portfolio of client engagements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Centralized point-of-contact for client stakeholders
- Conduct client engagement kickoff and regular status update cadence meetings.
- Financial oversight and analysis (utilization against forecast, budget reporting)
- Understanding and driving client engagement outcomes to align with the SOW.
- Facilitation of project team calls and/or stand-ups.
- Capturing project status details and preparation of client reporting.
- Monitor weekly work plans, overall utilization, and deliverable completion.
- Performance management / productivity improvement and implementation with TSGs engagement consulting teams.
- Establish tracking & reporting SOW Service Level Agreements (SLAs) compliance and operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Key risks, issues, and corresponding mitigation plans requiring client or leadership attention.
Key Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Engagement Management with demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent client engagements
Project Oversight & Execution
- Proven ability to independently manage client portfolios with minimal oversight.
- Strong contract interpretation skills with experience translating Statements of Work (SOWs) into actionable execution plans.
- Keen organizational skills with experience maintaining documentation libraries and tracking systems.
- Track record of meeting deliverable schedules and managing contractual obligations proactively.
- Experience conducting deliverable reviews, securing client approvals, and managing the amendment process.
- Demonstrated ability to customize standard processes and templates to meet specific client needs.
- Sound judgement in issue resolution, knowing when to escalate versus resolve independently.
Technology & Systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with CRM and Project Management platforms.
- Strong data management skills with commitment to data integrity.
- Analytical mindset with ability to extract insights from standard reports to inform decision-making.
