Duration: 18 month contract

We’re looking for a Business Program Manager to join a global technology organization’s Sales Compensation Solutions team. This role plays a key part in driving operational excellence, data accuracy, and program execution across compensation planning, employee data management, and job taxonomy initiatives.

What You’ll Do

  • Incentive Compensation Support

    • Partner with global compensation and business teams to manage timelines, track milestones, and deliver on key components of compensation plan design.
    • Support documentation, meeting coordination, and presentation prep for leadership reviews.
  • Employee Data Management (EDM)

    • Drive the fiscal year rollover process, including audits, data validation, and data corrections.
    • Partner with internal teams to maintain accurate headcount, title, and organizational data.
    • Manage weekly reporting and ensure ongoing data hygiene post-rollover.
  • Job Title Taxonomy & Compliance

    • Review and validate job titles, role qualifiers, and address book entries for accuracy.
    • Submit and track change requests and compliance actions.
    • Coordinate updates with managers and admins to uphold governance standards.
  • Program & Project Management
    • Support multiple operational initiatives — including reporting alignment, project tracking, and process updates.
    • Manage v-team coordination, meeting notes, and deliverables.
    • Ensure clear communication and timely issue resolution across teams.
  • Core Priorities & Job Description Management

    • Help maintain and publish job descriptions and core priorities in alignment with approved templates.
    • Partner with business leads to keep documentation current and consistent.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, ideally in a large or matrixed organization.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Experience in compensation operations, employee data management, or job architecture preferred.
  • Proficiency with Excel, SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, and other collaboration tools.
  • Highly proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple projects under tight timelines.
  • Excellent communication skills and a track record of cross-functional collaboration.

Why Join?

You’ll be part of a high-impact team that directly influences how sales organizations operate globally — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency in every step of the process.
