Project Manager – (Stamford, CT)
The Project Manager will join a collaborative Business Integration team supporting both mobile and cable initiatives. These initiatives focus on enhancing the customer and agent experience through improvements to tools, call center services, and application enhancements. This role requires the Project Manager to be onsite 4 days in Stamford, CT.
Project Manager Skills:
- 2–3 years of project management experience
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, SharePoint, and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience creating executive presentations
- Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors
- Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to follow-up and task completion
- Comfortable leading update calls and working directly with executives and technical teams
- Experience in the telecom industry (preferred but not required)
- General understanding of system tools, able to collaborate effectively with technical teams without needing deep technical expertise
Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Track progress on tickets, coordinate with business analysts and IT teams, document milestones, and ensure project updates are captured and communicated.
- Create and maintain executive-level reports and decks (ESC decks, monthly reporting, stack ranking updates) summarizing progress, risks, and next steps.
- Schedule meetings, update portfolio trackers, manage project intake forms, and ensure alignment across workstreams.
- Work cross-functionally with IT and business partners to maintain up-to-date documentation and monitor progress.
- Prepare and deliver clear, concise presentations for executive steering committees (OSCs, ESCs).
- Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Tool Utilization: Use SharePoint, Excel, Jira, and MS Project to track deliverables, issues, and risks.
- Prepare regular status reports and escalate issues as needed to ensure project success.
