Project Support Specialist

Job Overview:
One of TSG's clients is undergoing a strategic initiative to consolidate and migrate operations across its distribution centers (DCs). We are seeking a Project Support Specialist to support this effort by collaborating with design, build, inventory, and slotting teams. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in 2D drafting with AutoCAD LT, Excel data management, and warehouse or distribution center environments.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to distribution centers each week (Monday–Friday) to support onsite migration efforts.

• Validate existing AutoCAD LT 2D designs and update or create new layouts as needed.

• Collaborate closely with the design/build and inventory/slotting teams to ensure physical layouts match digital documentation.

• Utilize Excel (including formulas and VLOOKUP) to capture and reconcile data on bin dimensions, aisle locations, and storage setups.

• Ensure accurate data transfer from Excel to SAP for inventory and layout integration.

• Conduct physical audits of warehouse infrastructure to align with planning documentation.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proficient in AutoCAD LT 2D for layout validation and design.

• Strong Excel skills, including formulas, VLOOKUP, and data documentation.

• Experience working in distribution centers or warehouse design and build projects.

• Understanding of inventory storage principles and slotting strategies.

• Ability to travel weekly to various DC locations (100% travel).
