BPM Product Manager


Our client is seeking a BPM Product Manager contractor to support the company’s transition from SAP to Oracle Cloud solutions.This role will sit onsite in Overland Park, KS or Bellevue, WA. Apply today! 

Summary
This person will play a critical role in supporting FP&A processes and owning the product roadmap for Oracle EPBCS modules. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in enterprise planning systems, especially EPBCS or legacy Hyperion Planning, and has directly partnered with FP&A stakeholders to configure, manage, and improve planning cycles.
We are not looking for ERP-focused candidates whose experience is centered around Oracle Financials modules (GL, AP, Procurement, etc.) or reporting-only roles. Strong hands-on planning system ownership is essential.
 
Must Have Skills

  • Hands-on experience in Oracle EPBCS or Hyperion Planning, especially in modules like Workforce, Financials, or CapEx
  • Demonstrated ownership or configuration of budgeting and forecasting cycles
  • Strong understanding of FP&A business processes: planning, forecasting, variance analysis
  • Proven track record in Product Management and Strategy Development
  • Experience working in Agile environments and ability to write user stories, requirements, and capabilities
  • Background in Oracle systems with the ability to troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance
 
Nice to Have Skills
  • Telecom industry experience
  • Experience sunsetting legacy systems or retiring large projects
  • Supply Chain experience
 
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Serve as the product owner for Oracle EPBCS planning modules during T-Mobile’s SAP to Oracle transition
  • Conduct end-user research and partner with analysts to understand the customer experience and areas of improvement
  • Partner directly with FP&A teams to understand planning needs and configure EPBCS modules accordingly
  • Analyze data to identify root causes of issues and assess impact, supporting decision-making through ROI/NPV analysis
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure system stability and performance during migration
  • Support the planning cycle execution, troubleshoot issues, and iterate based on stakeholder feedback
