Epic PB Analyst

EPIC PB ANALYST | REMOTE (EST/CST)
The Select Group is looking for a talented Epic PB Analyst to help one of our top healthcare partners support high-priority revenue cycle initiatives. This consultant will play a key role in Epic Professional Billing and Claims optimization, upgrades, and the transition of affiliate organizations from Community Connect to the enterprise Epic platform.  The ideal candidate will have expertise in PB build, claims configuration, and revenue cycle workflows.

EPIC PB ANALYST REQUIREMENTS

• Epic PB certification
• 5+ years of experience in Epic PB and PB Claims in large healthcare environments
• Proven track record of success with Epic system upgrades, PB optimization, and implementation efforts
• In-depth understanding of professional billing workflows, claim generation, edits, and revenue cycle impacts
• Ability to partner with leadership and operational teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot, and drive process improvements
• Experience supporting EMR transitions and multi-entity Epic integrations
• Excellent problem-solving, analysis, and documentation skills

• Experience assisting with transitions from Epic Community Connect to enterprise Epic
• Familiarity with complex health systems and revenue cycle consolidation projects
