Sustainability Program Manager – Greenwood Village, CO (Hybrid)
Brief Summary
The Select Group's client is seeking a hands-on Sustainability Program Manager to support its growing Sustainability Data & Reporting team. This individual will play a key role in GHG emissions tracking, reporting, and energy efficiency initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate brings strong data skills, GHG accounting knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, highly visible team.
Must Have Skills

Strong MS Office skills: Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint

Experience in corporate sustainability, GHG, and carbon emissions reporting

Familiarity with Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions

Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset – can take direction and work independently

Hands-on GHG accounting experience; familiarity with Salesforce NetZero Cloud

Knowledge of greenhouse gas data controls and documentation environments
Nice to Have Skills

Direct experience with Salesforce NetZero Cloud

Background in analyst roles involving heavy data and reporting

Knowledge of energy efficiency metrics and sustainability dashboards
Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Owns GHG inventory data reporting (Excel, PowerPoint, dashboards) segmented by scope, goals, and divisions

Translates data into insights, supporting energy efficiency projects and reporting initiatives

Works cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and site managers to validate data and collect emissions inputs

Supports site-level sustainability dashboards and helps identify opportunities for carbon footprint reduction

Provides business case support (cost/energy savings) for sustainability initiatives

Conducts research on GHG accounting protocols and performs cross-checks on emissions reduction initiatives
