Reason for Need:
Support is needed in preparation for the upcoming GoLive of the new Lake Norman Hospital. Additional Device Support Analysts will help ensure all end-user hardware is deployed, configured, and fully functional ahead of and during the GoLive period.
Project Details:
This role will focus on supporting the device readiness efforts for Lake Norman’s new facility, including imaging, deploying, and troubleshooting end-user devices. The analyst will assist in minimizing downtime and ensuring a seamless transition to the new environment during this critical launch phase.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Deploy, configure, and support end-user devices including PCs, laptops, printers, and mobile equipment
Provide basic troubleshooting for hardware and connectivity issues
Ensure all devices are properly imaged, tagged, and documented before GoLive
Support end users during GoLive with hardware-related needs
Maintain accurate asset records and support inventory tracking
Escalate unresolved issues appropriately
Must-Have Skills:
- 1+ years of IT support experience, preferably in a healthcare or large-scale deployment setting
- Strong understanding of desktop/laptop hardware and peripheral setup
- Experience imaging and configuring devices
- Familiarity with Windows OS and basic networking
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Effective time management, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a high-pressure environment
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced setting
