Back to Business Resume Workshop at The Select Group

Join Back to Business on Thursday, April 26, for a resume workshop. We’re assembling a team of professionals to provide small-group resume reviews for women re-entering the workforce. Bring a friend, a few paper copies of your resume and all of your resume questions. The Select Group is hosting this event at our Raleigh headquarters.

When: Thursday, April 26, 7 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.

Where: The Select Group – 5520 Capital Center Drive Raleigh, NC 27606

What: Resume reviews and advice for women re-entering the workforce, plus a chance to enjoy the Back to Business community and meet other women doing the same thing you are!

Get Registered: Registration is required! This event is free, but we need an accurate headcount. Please only RSVP if you plan to attend.

Your resume is one of your top two job-seeking tools; the other is your ability to build relationships/network. So it’s got to be good! Remember, the goal of your resume is to get you the interview.

For a woman returning to the workforce, your resume must:

• Position you as a candidate with skills relevant to the employer
• Clearly convey your value proposition
• Demonstrate how you used your career break to further your skills
