A Statement from Sheldon Wolitski – Founder & CEO of The Select Group
Great companies with a focus on a world-class customer experience sometimes make mistakes. The measure of these companies is best seen in how they respond to situations where they have let their customers down. United Airlines’ recent actions of forcibly removing a passenger from a flight were shocking and disheartening to all of us at The Select Group. The incident and ensuing response by United Airlines are not aligned to TSG’s core values or our purpose.
At The Select Group, our passion and commitment of positively impacting lives is the guiding force behind the decisions we make as a company. We cannot support a business that doesn’t treat a customer the right way.
As a result, The Select Group will no longer use United Airlines for employee or consultant business air travel. We are committed to providing a truly positive Customer Experience for all.
