The Select Group Recognized as 9th Fastest-Growing US Staffing Firm

The Select Group (TSG), a Raleigh-based IT and engineering staffing firm with a nationwide presence, has been ranked by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) as the 9th Fastest-Growing Staffing Firm in the United States. This is the company’s 5th consecutive time on the list, and 3rd time landing within the top 10 overall.

The fastest growing list is based on staffing revenue, which includes temporary staffing revenue, direct hire, retained search and temp-to-perm conversion fees. Complete qualification requirements can be found on SIA’s report.

There are a total of 102 firms on the list with a 15% compound annual growth in revenue from 2010 to 2014. Approximately 36% of the firms on the list provide IT staffing services – making this sector the most common on the list. Only three of the top 10 firms focus solely on this sector, making TSG the 3rd fastest growing IT staffing firm. The top 10 firms had to provide financial statements verifying these numbers.

It should be noted that seven of the top 10 fastest-growing staffing firms are based in the South, three of which are based in North Carolina, and two of those are in Raleigh. “We are extremely proud and humbled to be named on this list for the 5th year in a row.
