Wellbeing with Impact: Behind TSG’s Corporate Social Responsibility Program

We are excited to announce the evolution of our company’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program: Wellbeing, focusing on three core pillars: Care, Careers, and Connection.
While wellbeing has always been at the heart of TSG, this evolution takes our commitment to the next level.
A Legacy of Service: The Foundation of TSG’s CSR Evolution
To fully appreciate this milestone, let’s take a moment to reflect on how we arrived here. Since our inception, TSG’s core value of service has been a guiding principle, shaping our business and driving our desire to give back to the community and positively impact lives.
As our commitment to service grew over the years, we recognized the need for a more cohesive approach—one that united all the best aspects of TSG under a single, clear program. Think of it as having all the ingredients but needing to combine them into a well-crafted cake.
Introducing the Pillars of Wellbeing
One of the key ingredients that helped us to get to where we are today, was one of our Coaching Programs, Women in Business. AT TSG, we have a longstanding focus of growing people in both business and life and are committed to fostering the development of our people.
This program, specifically open to our female employees, is a blend of individual and small group coaching with executive mentorship, a Masterclass series, an Action Learning project, and more. The 2023 cohort took on the challenge of developing a CSR initiative that would bring together aspects of what has always been important to TSG and what matters most to our employees and clients.
By engaging with our leaders and surveying employees, they helped identify the key elements that resonated most deeply across the organization. In fact, 60% of employees selected health, mental health, and wellness as the primary cause that they are most passionate about supporting.
