The Select Group understands that people have multiple concerns when switching jobs. With this in mind, TSG provides eligible employees ACA compliant insurance offerings to make the job switching process as easy as possible. With the flexibility of a-la-carte offerings, you can choose any combination of coverages that you and your family require.
Medical: The Select Group provides the option to choose one of two comprehensive medical/prescription health insurance plans through Cigna. These ACA compliant plans provide full service medical care. Premiums are paid through pre-tax payroll deductions and amounts will depend on the medical option selected.
Dental: Plan offerings allow enrollees to seek treatment from the Dentist of their choosing. Dental coverage is offered through MetLife.
Vision: Vision coverage is offered through Superior Vision.
Life and AD&D Coverage: Employee and dependent coverage offered, paid for by individual through weekly payroll deductions.
Voluntary Accident Insurance: Provides a lump sum payment for injuries resulting from a covered accident. 3 plan levels offer coverage for you, your spouse, and your family.
Voluntary Critical Illness Insurance: Provides a cash benefit upon diagnosis of a critical illness, which can include heart attack, stroke, paralysis and more. Options start from $5,000 and allow for coverage up to $50,000.
401k: The Select Group allows individuals the opportunity to contribute toward their future with a 401k retirement savings plan administered by TransAmerica. There are no wait times and employees can choose either pre-tax or post-tax contributions.
Holiday/Vacation/PTO: If you are interested in vacation, holiday, or paid-time off, please discuss these offerings with your Select Group point of contact.
Benefit enrollment is made easy through The Select Group. Enrollments are completed online in one single HR website for all health benefits.
