Project Details/Overview

This role serves as a horizontal business architect across our client's supply chain, aligning plan, source, make, deliver, and related functions to drive enterprise optimization. The architect connects vertical teams, closes operational gaps, and ensures processes, systems, and decisions support end-to-end supply chain performance and scalability, while working hands-on with business and IT partners to operationalize process and system changes.

Must-Have Skills
  • Extensive experience across multiple supply chain domains (plan, source, make, deliver)
  • Strong business architecture background connecting operations, processes, and systems
  • Experience driving cross-functional alignment across complex organizations
  • Ability to translate enterprise needs into scalable operating models and system strategies and help operationalize them
  • Experience influencing business and technical stakeholders
  • Semiconductor manufacturing experience (silicon, optics, or adjacent high-tech manufacturing environments)
  • Consultative mindset with strong facilitation and decision-shaping capability
Plus Skills
  • New product development or NPI exposure within supply chain environments
  • Experience operating across multiple vertical domains rather than a single function
  • Enterprise transformation or operating model design work
  • Six Sigma or process optimization background

The Select Group is partnering with a publicly traded SaaS organization in the customer experience space to support the evolution of their web experience and digital foundation. As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a critical role in building and scaling a design system that drives consistency, performance, and long-term usability across their marketing web platform.

This is an opportunity to work alongside UX leadership, researchers, and cross-functional stakeholders to establish structured, scalable design components that power meaningful digital experiences.

What You’ll Bring

  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, including variables, variable collections, component properties, themes, and modes
  • Demonstrated experience building and maintaining design systems at a granular level
  • Strong understanding of component architecture, reusable patterns, and scalable system thinking
  • Experience translating research insights and analytics into actionable design decisions
  • Comfort operating independently while owning defined workstreams

Bonus Experience

In this role, you will apply advanced statistical techniques, strong Python skills, and analytical expertise to uncover insights from large data sets related to the telecom industry. The ideal candidate will be able to translate complex data findings into clear recommendations for both technical and business stakeholders.



Data Scientist Qualifications
  • 5+ years of data-focused experience, with hands-on exposure to Data Science work.
  • Experience with data manipulation and statistical modeling
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, including data warehouses and data marts.
  • Experience working with large datasets and tools used to obtain, transform, and store data within Big Data environments.

PRODUCT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Guiding product development for new Wi-Fi platforms; and generating and validating a Product Requirements Document (PRD) with internal and external stakeholders for use during development.

  • Propose an expansion/ implementation plan for these features based on market conditions and technical testing results.
  • Implement tracking and reporting of ongoing projects during exploration, development, and launch.
  • Conduct competitive research with internal teams to translate into high-level informative decks for aligning stakeholders and implement industry best practices of the Hardware and Software Development Lifecycle.   • Guide direction and provide need analysis for in-flight projects as development teams create and finalize all aspects of hardware and software prior to launch.
  • Maintain feature performance tracking dashboards to ensure all launching features meet company expectations and enable the enhancement of products that fall short of stated goals
