Senior Network Engineer - Littleton, Colorado 
The Select Group is hiring a Senior Network Engineer to join our team in Littleton, Colorado. As a senior technical member of the team, you’ll serve as a subject matter expert for BGP, MPLS, Segment Routing, EVPN, and dark-fiber transport across our multi–100G backbone network. You’ll be responsible for high-level design decisions, mentoring other engineers, and driving automation and standardization initiatives that improve network reliability, scalability, and performance.

Must Have Skills:
 

• 5–8 years of progressive experience in network engineering, architecture, or service provider environments
• Deep expertise in routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, Segment Routing, EVPN, ISIS)
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco carrier-grade platforms
• Proven experience with network automation and orchestration tools (Python, Ansible, REST APIs, Netconf/YANG)
• Thorough understanding of transport and optical technologies (DWDM, dark fiber, 100G+ Ethernet)
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects from design through deployment, with minimal supervision

• Excellent communication and documentation skills, including presenting technical concepts to leadership

Experience designing or operating large-scale 5G, LTE, or wireless transport networks
 
Education/Certification Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
 
Day to day responsibilities:

• Lead the design and deployment of high-performance routing and transport infrastructure supporting a’ nationwide 5G network
• Develop and enforce network standards, policies, and automation frameworks to ensure consistency and scalability
• Serve as an escalation point for complex BGP/MPLS/Segment Routing/EVPN troubleshooting and performance optimization
• Partner with architecture and planning teams to evaluate and integrate new technologies into production
• Oversee the activation, migration, and optimization of network devices across multiple regions and vendors
• Drive automation and telemetry initiatives, including tool development and integration with network management systems
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to mid-level network engineers and cross-functional partners

Join our top-tier UX team as a Content Designer and help shape clear, intuitive product experiences for millions of users. In this role, you’ll create purposeful, human-centered content that simplifies complex workflows across customer-facing and internal tools.
You’ll design with words—crafting microcopy, patterns, and error states that reduce friction and support user outcomes. You’ll collaborate closely with product designers, accessibility experts, and cross-functional partners to deliver consistent, thoughtful experiences aligned with business goals. You’ll also refine technical customer communications to be clearer, more human, and more accessible for all audiences.

Primary Responsibilities

• Create in-product UX content for B2B enterprise workflows, including microcopy, labels, error messaging, and naming conventions.
• Work directly in Figma to design and iterate on content within UI files.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Rewrite customer-facing emails from technical teams to align with our established voice and tone guidelines.
• Support ongoing communication updates as needed.

SENIOR DATA ENGINEER - DATA QUALITY & GOVERNANCE (Canada)

This role supports the expansion of a newly established Data Centre of Excellence within the CTO organization as the company centralizes data ownership across Core, RAN, Transport, and Network Operations on Google Cloud Platform. The need is driven by a growing skillset gap as the organization shifts toward a quality-first data engineering model and scales enterprise data platforms.

The Data Engineer will act as a quality gate for GCP-based data pipelines, embedding automated data validation, monitoring, and governance into data workflows to ensure reliable, audit-ready, and trusted data. The ideal candidate is a senior-level data engineer with strong hands-on GCP experience who is passionate about data quality, pipeline reliability, and operational excellence. Role Overview
The Supply Chain Program Manager will lead execution of the Components Data & Analytics (D&A) portfolio, overseeing multiple initiatives at varying stages of maturity. This role is responsible for portfolio-level planning, governance, stakeholder alignment, and delivery execution within a PMO framework.
This position partners closely with both technical and business teams, particularly the Data Analytics organization, to ensure initiatives are well-scoped, prioritized, and successfully delivered.
This role does not require hands-on analytics, dashboard development, or technical data work. It is intended for a transformation-focused Program Manager, not a Technical PM. The role sits within the PMO, not the Data/Analytics team, with emphasis on program leadership, portfolio execution, and change management.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 8+ years of Program and/or Portfolio Management experience

• Strong background leading transformation programs and managing high volumes of work
