EPIC WILLOW PHARMACIST/ANALYST | REMOTE (EST)
The Select Group is seeking an experienced Epic Willow Pharmacist/Analyst to support one of our leading healthcare partners. In this role, you will play a critical part in the successful integration of BD Alaris pumps with Epic Willow Inpatient, helping streamline medication workflows, enhance patient safety, and optimize infusion documentation. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage your clinical pharmacy expertise, and contribute to ongoing system improvement initiatives.


EPIC WILLOW PHARMACIST/ANALYST REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of Epic Willow experience

  • Epic Willow certification

  • Hands-on experience with BD Alaris pump integrations

  • Ability to provide effective knowledge transfer to internal team members

  • Strong teamwork, communication, and documentation skills


EPIC WILLOW PHARMACIST/ANALYST RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with clinical, pharmacy, and technical teams to design and configure the integration between BD Alaris pumps and the Epic Willow Inpatient module.

  • Configure Epic Willow Inpatient to support the Alaris interface, including dosing parameters, infusion protocols, and device management workflows.

  • Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate accurate data transmission, medication infusion documentation, and real-time synchronization of pump settings.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues or discrepancies identified during testing and validation.

  • Support implementation activities and provide go-live assistance to ensure a seamless transition for end users.

  • Deliver both on-site and remote support post-go-live, addressing challenges and ensuring effective adoption of the new workflows.

  • Collaborate with IT and clinical informatics teams to identify and implement future system optimizations based on feedback and evolving standards.

  • Assist in day-to-day system support and ongoing optimization efforts, maintaining a high level of customer service and responsiveness.

This role supports the expansion of a newly established Data Centre of Excellence within the CTO organization as the company centralizes data ownership across Core, RAN, Transport, and Network Operations on Google Cloud Platform. The need is driven by a growing skillset gap as the organization shifts toward a quality-first data engineering model and scales enterprise data platforms.

The Data Engineer will act as a quality gate for GCP-based data pipelines, embedding automated data validation, monitoring, and governance into data workflows to ensure reliable, audit-ready, and trusted data. The ideal candidate is a senior-level data engineer with strong hands-on GCP experience who is passionate about data quality, pipeline reliability, and operational excellence. This individual is comfortable working across engineering, architecture, and security teams, proactively identifying issues before they impact downstream consumers, and continuously improving data pipelines through root cause analysis and infrastructure-as-code practices.

Key Responsibilities:  

Business Development:   

  • Client Acquisition: Proactively identify, target, and engage potential clients to generate new business opportunities. This includes generating sales leads and cold-calling prospective clients.

Overview 
The Make Ready Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for reviewing, validating, and ensuring the quality and compliance of aerial make ready and pole attachment designs prior to construction. This role focuses on verifying that designs meet applicable engineering standards, safety codes, and client requirements. The position is ideal for a candidate with hands-on experience in aerial OSP design who is ready to move into a quality, compliance, and governance-focused role. 



Required Skills & Experience 
  • 1–4 years of experience in aerial OSP design, pole attachment, or make ready engineering. 
  • Working knowledge of NESC as it applies to telecommunications attachments. 
  • Experience reviewing or producing aerial designs, pole applications, or make ready packages. 
  • Ability to read and interpret utility records, pole data, and roadway/highway plans. 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify design errors or compliance gaps.
  • Familiarity with OSP design and GIS tools such as: IKE, ArcGIS / ArcMap, Ocalc, CAD-based design tools 
  • Comfortable working with digital maps, pole databases, and design documentation. 
     
Preferred Qualifications 
  • Prior experience performing design QA or peer review. 
  • Exposure to pole loading analysis and clearance calculations.

Standards & Compliance 
  • Ensure designs comply with local, state, and federal regulations applicable to outside plant construction.

  • Support continuous improvement of design standards and QA checklists.
Documentation & Reporting 
  • Review and approve design packages including maps, pole data, make ready notes, and supporting calculations.

Collaboration & Support 
  • Work closely with aerial designers, engineers, project managers, and construction teams to resolve issues.

Project Details:  

Our client is partnering with a company that requires 4.2 million feet of fiber to be designed each month. To meet this demand, we’re adding two additional designers to the team. This is a full turnkey project, and our team will begin with High-Level Design (HLD) work. A dedicated Team Lead will oversee the project to ensure deadlines are met and the quality of work remains high.
 
Must Have Skills: 

  • Mid-Level OSP Design experience (3-6 years) working with design software including:  ESRI Suite, CAD/AutoCAD, and ArcGIS
  • Experienced working with highway/road prints and identify conflicts with outside plant facilities
  • Proven ability to read understand, interpret, input, and analyze data with a high degree of accuracy and completeness
  • Proficient organizing workloads and determine priority of duties from most pressing to least
  • Must be detail oriented, well organized, and effective in multi-tasking; excellent manual dexterity
  • Excellent oral/written communication, interpersonal and analytical skills, exceptional critical thinking ability
