Content Designer (Fortune 100 Company)
Join our top-tier UX team as a Content Designer and help shape clear, intuitive product experiences for millions of users. In this role, you’ll create purposeful, human-centered content that simplifies complex workflows across customer-facing and internal tools.
You’ll design with words—crafting microcopy, patterns, and error states that reduce friction and support user outcomes. You’ll collaborate closely with product designers, accessibility experts, and cross-functional partners to deliver consistent, thoughtful experiences aligned with business goals. You’ll also refine technical customer communications to be clearer, more human, and more accessible for all audiences.
Most of our team is based in Denver, Colorado, and we aim to hire someone nearby. We operate in a hybrid environment (four days in office, one day remote).

What You’ll Do
Primary Responsibilities
  • Create in-product UX content for B2B enterprise workflows, including microcopy, labels, error messaging, and naming conventions.
  • Work directly in Figma to design and iterate on content within UI files.
Secondary Responsibilities
  • Rewrite customer-facing emails from technical teams to align with our established voice and tone guidelines.
  • Support ongoing communication updates as needed.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Elevate customer experiences with clear, concise UI content (tooltips, empty states, instructional text, etc.).
  • Ensure consistency and usability across channels for complex B2B environments.
  • Design content for both customer- and employee-facing tools aligned with business and technical requirements.
  • Apply accessibility best practices using plain language, predictable patterns, and user-friendly information architecture.
  • Contribute to and help govern voice, tone, style, and brand guidelines within our design system.
  • Use research and both qualitative and quantitative data to inform and validate design decisions.
  • Participate in critiques, design reviews, and ideation sessions, integrating feedback thoughtfully.
  • Oversee content strategy and voice for one or more product areas.

Who You Are
Must-Have Skills
  • Proven experience in UX writing and content design.
  • You think like a designer and write like a human—using content to shape workflows and reduce friction.
  • Strong understanding of UX product design, design thinking, and how content design differs from marketing copywriting.
  • Comfortable working directly in Figma and contributing in-file.
  • Portfolio required (PDF acceptable).
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners and working independently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting work to partners and leaders.
  • Ability to use qualitative and quantitative data to support decisions and storytelling.
  • Excellent time-management and prioritization in a fast-moving environment.
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Experience with enterprise or technical product domains.
  • Telecom experience.

How We Work
You’ll join a collaborative, lean design team made up of content designers, designers, and accessibility specialists. We value open feedback, iterative processes, and partnership. We use tools such as Figma, Jira, Trello, and Lucid daily—but if any are new to you, we’ll help you get up to speed.
