UX Designer \u2013 Remote<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

The Select Group is partnering with a publicly traded SaaS organization in the customer experience space to support the evolution of their web experience and digital foundation. As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a critical role in building and scaling a design system that drives consistency, performance, and long-term usability across their marketing web platform.<\/p>\n

This is an opportunity to work alongside UX leadership, researchers, and cross-functional stakeholders to establish structured, scalable design components that power meaningful digital experiences.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

What You\u2019ll Bring<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, including variables, variable collections, component properties, themes, and modes<\/span><\/span>\n
  • Demonstrated experience building and maintaining design systems at a granular level<\/span><\/span>\n
  • Strong understanding of component architecture, reusable patterns, and scalable system thinking<\/span><\/span>\n
  • Experience translating research insights and analytics into actionable design decisions<\/span><\/span>\n
  • Comfort operating independently while owning defined workstreams<\/span><\/span>\n
  • A portfolio that reflects system-level thinking and structured execution<\/span><\/span>\n<\/ul>\n

    Bonus Experience<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Experience in SaaS or B2B web environments<\/span><\/span>\n
    • Familiarity with user testing methodologies such as usability testing or moderated testing<\/span><\/span>\n
    • Exposure to analytics tools such as Google Analytics, ContentSquare, or similar platforms<\/span><\/span>\n
    • Experience collaborating in environments that support design-to-code workflows<\/span><\/span>\n<\/ul>\n

      • Build and refine scalable design system components within Figma<\/span><\/span>\n
      • Establish reusable patterns that support long-term maintainability and consistency<\/span><\/span>\n
      • Partner with UX leadership to execute defined initiatives and reduce bandwidth constraints<\/span><\/span>\n
      • Support ongoing research and validation efforts by incorporating qualitative and quantitative insights<\/span><\/span>\n
      • Contribute to improving overall consistency, scalability, and quality of the web experience<\/span><\/span>\n<\/ul>\n
