Job Title: Wireless Program Manager
Team: Service Assurance
Location: Greenwood Village, CO
Remote details: 3 days on-site/2 days remote (hybrid model)
Project Details:
- Manage Service Assurance team
- Managing the people and processes
- Mapping out tier support model
- Assist with the mobile network launch
- 22 organizations will be supporting network – will have to work with them
- Drive process improvement and hold stand ups
- Automating processes
- Working closely with Network Operations & Engineering
Ideal Skills:
- Strong Project Manager / Program Manager experience (5+ years)
- Autonomous & Proactive
- Strong Communication Skills
- Has experience working with Stakeholders
- Confident in preparing executive level presentations, reports, and summaries.
- Excellent PowerPoint skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- 5G, LTE, or Mobile experience* strongly preferred
- PMP Certification
- Telecom Background
- Waterfall Methodology experience
- Network Operations experience
- Field Test or Trial Experience
