Title: Unified Communications Technical Project Manager
Clearance Level: Secret
Location: Local to DC Metro area or Illinois.
Our client is seeking UC Technical Coordinator/Project Manager. This is a remote role but must be willing to travel either to Fort Mead, MD or Scot Airforce Base, Illinois.
Required Technology Skills:
- Active Secret Clearance
- 3+ years experiences as a UC Engineer working with cisco collaboration technologies.
- Experience implementing collaboration solutions
Day to day responsibilities:
- Project managmeent responsibilities such as tracking tickets, projects, performing updates, documentation, as well as assisting with technical work such as troubleshooting, and performing installs. You will be the first line of contact for the customer
- Coordinate Unified Communications consulting support resources
