The Select Group is looking for a talented Technical Writer to join one of their top healthcare partners in the Fortune 100. This person will be joining their Document Control project and should have 1-3 years of experience as a Technical Writer, working knowledge of Word and Excel, excellent written communication skills, and experience with Dozuki. TECHNICAL WRITER REQUIREMENTS
- 1-3 years of experience as a Technical Writer
- Strong working knowledge with Word and Excel
- Passion for driving for quality improvements or continuous improvements
- Excellent written communication skills
- Soft skills: detail oriented, critical thinking skills, curious mindset
Bonus skills:
- Chemistry or manufacturing engineering background
- Experience with Dozuki
TECHNICAL WRITER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Observing processes in the lab daily to gain an in-depth understanding of the process flow and requirements
- Quickly grasping complex topics pertaining to the subject matter
- Finding areas for quality or continuous improvement throughout the process
- Standardize and simplify complex processes
- Input the SOP into the Dozuki, a cloud-based documentation platform
- Send to chemists or other internal team members for review and approval
