TECHNICAL PRODUCT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:

8+ Years Software Product Management Experience:

• Owning Product end to end lifecycles in a Telco environment
• Owning the development of Product Roadmaps
• Understands Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) extensively
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Creating User Stories for new Development and helping to manage backlog
• Comes from a technical and functional background
• Work with Development, Operations, and Project Management to ensure development and delivery of products on time and manage expectations
• Experience creating sequence diagrams

Defining Current State and Future State for Products:

• Managing the “big picture” and the “vision” of product roadmaps and challenges
• Partnering with business and internal/key internal stakeholders to understand identifies areas of opportunity, while creating, and managing the product vision and roadmap
• Recommending the nature and scope of present/future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas such as: Data Migration Efforts / API integration opportunities / Cloud Integration Opportunities / Product Consolidation opportunities / Dashboarding and Reporting Additions

TECHNICAL PRODUCT MANAGER RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Designs and drives end user product research
• Partners with business, internal/external stakeholders, and Leadership to understand current customer experience and identifies areas of opportunity
• Works with stakeholders and follows enterprise process to secure and maintain product funding.
• Anticipates industry trends, direction, innovation, analyses potential impacts or opportunities to customer / product, and incorporates analyses into product process
• Maintains current understanding of tech trends. Assesses how trends impact the roadmap or create opportunity for innovation of the product.
• Translates product/platform strategy by writing detailed features and user stories consumable for Dev teams for highly complex products with multiple transactions and touchpoints.
