Technical Consulting Engineer

Must Have Skills:

• Sole US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a clearance
• Security Expertise with at least 1 of the following: ISE, VPN (IKEv1, IKEv2, SSL VPN, AnyConnect, IPsec), FirePower and/or Stealthwatch

Day to day responsibilities:

• Break fix. Someone is calling them when something is broken. This person is walking through how to fix it. Once its fixed, this team is engaged. Fixes any problems that are happening in their networks
• Provides tier 3 technical support at security classification to the Federal and SLED customer base via phone, email, web, and remote access for Collaboration/ Unified Communications
• Troubleshoots, accept cases, work cases, close cases.
• Target – 1 case per day. 15 cases in their backlog
• Lab work, personal development.
