Responsibilities:
- Design and implement proactive recruiting strategies to meet current and future business needs
- Manages all internal recruiting efforts for positions throughout TSG: from the corporate division, Managed Solutions, to Sales/Recruiting verticals
- Manages and executes full-cycle internal hiring process: sources, screens, interviews and presents candidates to TSG managers companywide.
- Develop a diverse network of highly talented candidates
- Recruits, screens and processes applications. Contacts qualified candidates in a timely manner
- Informs job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions and promotion opportunities
- Develops and maintains relationships with internal hiring managers to improve recruiting strategies and tactics
- Coordinates and distributes resumes to managers for review, schedules interviews and tracks status, warrants timely candidate feedback from hiring managers
- Establishes recruiting requirements by meeting with the Manager of Talent Acquisition to discuss hiring needs of various industries/verticals to ensure recruiting activities have the appropriate prioritization
- Articulates a positive attitude and presentable demeanor with an ability to evangelize the DEI program to prospective candidates
Requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the staffing industry
- Have experience in diversity recruiting and are able to source and create a pipeline of diverse candidates
- Proven ability to employ a broad sourcing strategy, leveraging multiple channels and tools that include social media, employee referrals, job boards, etc.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding objectives and quotas
- High levels of social perceptiveness and customer service
- Team player, self-driven, results oriented and adaptable
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
