Systems Analyst

SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

The Select Group is looking for System Administrators looking to be a part of an exciting large system implementation project for one of our clients in Los Angeles.

SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR REQUIREMENTS:

• 3-7+ years of relevant experience in Systems Analyst/Admin, Computer Engineering, Desktop support type role
• Experience supporting integration solutions with an understanding of various types of integrations (batch, web services, etc)
• Experience with SSO and Active Directory Authentication setup
• Experience with SQL Server or Oracle SQL, and the ability to write SQL queries
• Experience supporting applications hosted on cloud platforms and cloud infrastructure. (Azure, AWS, Oracle Cloud)
• Ability to help business users with basic desktop support
• Experience with ticketing systems, ability to work with vendors on support tickets

SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the implementation of Oracle Unifier, working alongside the system Integrator, and all of it’s integration points (P6, HeavyBid, SAP, etc)
• Administer Unifier including user/group admin and shell creation
• Translate requirements into Unifier functions, with experience of business analysis ideally related to capital projects
• Document Unifier work needed to meet requirements
• Modify or create new Unifier business processes (BPs),
• Develop reports within Unifier, including BI Publisher, SQL queries, data views, user defined reports, and custom prints
• Support external report and data warehouse tools including PowerBI and SQL database
• Write SQL queries as needed to communicate with systems
• Provide basic database administration support as needed
• Work with various IT groups, like the Citrix VDI Team, to provide support and discuss requirements
• Provide basic desktop support as needed
