Job Summary:
The Scrum Master will be responsible for developing business cases, constructing project plans to implement solutions, (process improvements, systems, applications), and managing the implementations. The Scrum Master can manage budgets which can exceed $1 million and are typically complex in nature and/or contain significant risk. This position will leverage in-depth business and technical knowledge to effectively manage projects with greater political implications and/or technology challenges. Typically, these projects involve cultural changes and/or implementing technologies that are brand new, (never done before), in the market place; i.e., the implementation work requires the Scrum Master to formulate unique strategies and contingency plans to ensure success of the project.
