SCRUM MASTER

One of The Select Group’s top clients is looking for a Scrum Master to join their team in the Atlanta, GA area! This is a hybrid role and will be onsite 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will have 4 plus years of experience working as a certified Scrum Master. This would include working in an Agile environment, time as an Agile Coach is a huge plus. They are currently using Jira and Confluence as CSM tools. This project is supporting web application projects. If this sounds like you, please apply today!

SCRUM MASTER REQUIREMENTS:

• 4 years of experience working as a Certified Scrum Master
• Experience using Confluence for documentation, creating environmental drawings and creating playbooks
• Must have experience with ecommerce web applications
  • Must understand how APIs work
• Experience taking teams and training them on Agile practices
• Experience managing sprints using Jira. Preferably has experience with Jira Advance Roadmaps.

SCRUM MASTER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• This Scrum Master will be working on a project for the Digital Platform group.
• Leading scrum teams of front end and back end developers, along with QA teams.
• Have a high sense of urgency and be very proactive.
• Using tools like Jira and Confluence to manage roadmaps and documentation.
• Successfully manage blockers and impediments to ensure sprints are completed as scheduled.
