Project Scheduler

Location:

1 day onsite in Detroit, Michigan

Must Haves:

• Local to Detroit
• 6+ years of scheduling experience
• Proficiency in Primavera P6
• Background in cost analysis and scheduling. Proficient in cost loading, resource loading and adding units
• Ability to understand a critical path
  • Sequencing of events and creating and updating baseline schedule
• Background in gas preferred, construction is acceptable
• Experience with EVM (earned value management)
• Mid to advanced Excel skills required
  • Ability to use Pivot tables, Vlookup function and macros
• Excellent written & communication skills

Nice to have skill:

• Gas or utility experience preferred

• Experience extracting & uploading information utilizing Power BI (or similar tool such as Tableau)
• Financial reporting experience

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

Daily Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning, estimating, scheduling, cost control, schedule control and project reports utilizing Primavera P6
• Leading conversations and meetings with team, providing status in schedules and forecasting in schedules for team
• Working and communicating directly with project managers
