SAP PROJECT MANAGER ( Remote)

The Select Group is currently hiring for an SAP Project Manager to join as a resource for one of our top telecommunications clients in the US. This role will be completely remote and will require NO traveling throughout the project. SAP PROJECT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:

• 4+ Years of SAP Project Management Experience
• Experienced driving projects in SAP HANA ERP Environment
• SAP HANA 2.0, APO, PCD, OER
• Experience working with SAP and Supply Chain Digital Managed service provides to align project objectives, timelines, and deliverables
• Extensive experience consolidating SAP & Digital Project statuses
• Experienced performing data optimization and refresh
• Driving infrastructure projects from concept to completion (from LOE to ROI)
• Ability to create user stories
• Hands-on Experience with Jira/Jira Align, ERI use or

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Any type of Cloud /infrastructure certifications
• Project Management Professional – PMP

SAP PROJECT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Facilitate the creation of the project charter and examine project-related technical documentation for completeness and latest versions and ensure availability and distribution to all project team members
• Facilitate the creation of work breakdown structures, develop and update project schedules/plans with actual and forecasted deliverables and manage deviations from plan.
• Monitor actual project progress, compare to baseline, and report progress against schedule.
• Document, obtain approval and track all changes in project parameters
• Produce detailed reports and notifications as appropriate and communicate project status to respective stakeholders and project sponsors.
• Approve or recommend all required commitments and liaise with the supplier and contractor representatives.
• Manages and tracks project delivery and finances to plan and budget
• Examine risks associated with the work, proposed contracts, and major changes, and make recommendations for handling or equitable sharing.
• Document the impacts on the schedule of proposed changes and develop program solutions to minimize the impact and ensure alignment to time and scope.
