Bilingual Salesforce Architect

The Select Group is seeking a Bilingual Salesforce Architect to join a client project and assist in a Salesforce Implementation. The consultant will be working to establish requirements and overall solution architecture for the implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Loyalty Management)

Location: Montreal (Hybrid 1x per week on site)

Requirements:

• Bilingual (French, English)
• Must have strong Salesforce solution architecture experience
• Strong understanding of loyalty programs and how they operate within a salesforce environment
• Salesforce Loyalty Management highly preferred (other platforms may be considered)

Responsibilities:

• Experience supporting the delivery of features and functionalities of Salesforce Loyalty Management
• Working with client executives and stakeholders
• Set best practices, gather requirements, provide solution architecture
• Guiding and assisting team members to deliver optimal solutions on-time and within budget
