Project Details:

• The Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Program Manager will be responsible for managing / owning RMA current & existing growth, which includes process improvement, implementation, and documentation efforts.

Must Have Skills:

• 5-8 years of experience in Program/Project Management
• Should be experienced managing programs within reverse logistics in supply chain
• Agile Project Experience
• Cross-Functional and Lean-In Mentality

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Align with both technical and business teams to drive improvement to processes and procedures
• Working in project management and operational support environment
• Monitor programs and projects from start to finish, including project management plans and schedules, scope definition and risk management plans within ITC Operations to meet business goals
• Manage team resources, align schedules and calendars
• Create process standards and provide delivery oversight for programs and projects
• Manage communication plan including setting expectations, internal and external communications
• Identifying production issues and looping them back to support
• Transforming the scope of the business to create efficiencies
• Managing the correct teams to ensure the processes are getting done correctly
• Document status, risks, new development plans, process mapping, and work instruction development
• Reverse Logistics: Able to analyze data and leverage Excel

Nice to Have Skills:

• Strong Preference that they come from Semiconductor or Manufacturing industry
• Understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain Process
• PMP Certification/Scrum Master Certification
• Oracle EBS Experience
• Oracle Cloud Experience
• Experience with business transformation within Supply Chain
