How you impact the organization:
The Lead Delivery Manager will support the Managing Director of Delivery – MDD – with overall candidate delivery in their vertical and the development of the verticals recruiting team. He or she also works closely with the Account Management teams and Managing Director of Sales to meet our client’s delivery needs and company goals. Lead Delivery Managers will still be responsible for recruiting metrics and those metrics will be accounted for in overall branch performance.

Working towards promotion to Managing Director of Delivery
Responsibilities:
* Support the MD of Delivery in ensuring vertical recruitment performance metrics are identified, tracked, and on target.
* Works with Account Management team to qualify and create recruitment strategy for new client requirements
* Leads weekly recruiter meetings with the entire recruiting team to discuss progress, goals, and continued training and development
* Active in all open requirements to ensure the recruiting team is efficient in where/how they are spending their time and effectively using bullpens
* Assists in delegating recruiting resources as needed in the absence of MDD
* Recommends improvements to recruiting process and internal tracking tools
* Resident expert in Bullhorn and all other TSG recruiting tools
* Highly involved in training and developing new recruiting team members
* Ensures each recruiter maintains a strong relationship with TSG consultants through regularly adherence to CRBP standards
* Serves as a mentor and coach to the entire recruiting team
* Completes weekly “Lead Delivery Manager” report to send to MDD on status/health of the recruiting team, delivery, and individual recruiting metrics
Requirements:
* Recruiting expectations are the same as a Delivery Manager. Recruiting Metrics for LDM are counted towards office goals.
