​​​​​​​How you’ll make an impact
The Managing Director of Delivery is responsible for the growth and management of the recruiting organization within their given Industry Vertical. This strategic role plays an important part in growing our centralized recruiting model that serves our Industry Verticals nationally.

Responsibilities:
* Partner with Sr. Managing Director, Vertical Vice President and Strategic Account Leads to develop centralized recruiting and recruitment management strategies that best serve The Select Group’s business objectives and given business verticals specific needs.
* Direct management, mentorship and leadership of delivery teams and oversight responsibilities
* Develop Industry specific recruiter training
* Partner with Vertical VP and Strategic Account Leads to prioritize client requirements and responding quickly and effectively to these requirements
* Qualifying requirements with client managers during the recruiting process when required
* Lead meetings to summarize progress on client requirements and obtain recruiter and Account Manager feedback and insight.
* Partner to lead vertical operations by analyzing business intelligence data and measuring against office goals on a quarterly and yearly basis.
* Responsible for team goals and overall vertical growth

Requirements:
* 5+ years of Industry Experience
* Experience Leading/Managing teams of recruiters in a fast-paced environment
* Experience building and scaling recruitment strategies for shifting client demands
